Glowcards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Can I change the glowcard treatment for another?

Yes, as long as it is a treatment of the same category (facial or body).

Do I have to pay the difference if I exceed the amount of my glowcard?

Yes, if the treatment has been changed and the amount is exceeded, you must pay the difference, once the session is over.

If I change my glowcard for a lower cost treatment, will I get the remaining money back?

No, we do not make refunds for glowcards, you have the option to exchange the rest of your glowcard for some other treatment.

Where do I receive my glowcard when paying?

All Glowcards are a digital product, therefore you will receive an email confirming the purchase and a digital card with the selected treatment so you can go to our store to exchange your GlowCard.
